ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (EMS) – ISO 14001
There is currently a monumental effort by countries throughout the world to establish a Universal Standard for Environmental Management which affect all phases of operation. We have implemented it in many industrial sectors. Our work methodology for implementing this Standard comprises of following steps:
Step No 1. Initial Environmental Review Report
Step No 2. Environmental Policy Formulation & Planning
Step No 3. Implementation, Training & Documentation
Step No 4. Internal Audit
Step No 5. Application for the Certification
OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY SYSTEM (OHSAS 18001)
The (OHSAS) specification gives requirements for an occupational health and safety (OH&S) management system, to enable an organization to control its OH&S risks and improve its performance. It does not state specific OH&S performance criteria, nor does it give detailed specifications for the design of a management system.
EMC has proven experience in developing OHSAS 18001 in many industrial sectors and ensure it to be compatible with the ISO 9001 (Quality) and ISO 14001 (Environmental) management systems standards, in order to facilitate the integration of quality, environmental and occupational health and safety management systems by organizations.
